I'll start off by saying most of the reviews here look fake. PRODUCT: I'm very happy with the doors and windows. High quality, sturdy, to the measurements I provided. The install looks great. SERVICE: Oh boy. I placed the order on Aug 16, final delivery was Dec 22. More than 2 months late. The status tracking was terrible. I had to ask ask ask what the progress was all here on Alibaba chat. Language barrier was expected. At some point, I just switched to Google Translate and wrote (and read) in Chinese. Days would go by with no update until I asked again. Even then the information was very minimal. I was provided Bill of Lading that was untrackable. I knew my shipment was on a ship somewhere but when it landed in L.A. I had to pull teeth for weeks to find the American with the crates. It bounced around to 3 different "logistics companies" before it eventually went to ABF and they delivered it. This was really a brutal process but I did get good products at 75% less than a US provider.
